One vacant listing, staged

If the home is empty, send the photos you already shot. RoomGenix will stage up to 8 of them, without a watermark, in exchange for a short quote and permission to show one before-and-after.

What you get

  • Up to 8 photos of one vacant listing. That is the Listing pass, normally $19.
  • The files are not watermarked. The 3 previews on a new account are separate, and those are watermarked.
  • Furniture goes into the photo you uploaded. Walls, windows, and floors stay as shot.
  • A photo is usually ready in a minute or two.

What we ask for

  • Permission to show one before-and-after on roomgenix.com.
  • A sentence or two, with your first name and market. For example, “Adam — Atlanta.”

Before you publish

Roomgenix does not print “Virtually staged” on the file, and this offer is not an approval from a board. Check your photo rules before the listing goes live. The MLS photo rules page is a reminder, not legal advice.
