How to use the studio
Upload the photo you shot. Pick one job. Download the file. A living room is usually ready in about 15 seconds.
1. Upload the photo
Open the studio and choose the JPG, PNG, or WEBP you already shot. Files can be up to 10 MB, from a phone or a camera. The walls, windows, and floors in that photo stay as shot.
2. Pick the job
Three jobs. Pick one.
- Stage puts furniture into an empty room. Then pick the room (living, bedroom, dining, or office) and a style (modern, Scandinavian, farmhouse, or coastal).
- Declutter takes items out of the room you photographed. Style is not used.
- Twilight turns a daytime exterior toward dusk. Room and style are not used.
Changing the job, the room, or the style does not replace the photo you uploaded. A style is shown only when that room has its own picture for it.
The note is optional. One line is enough, for example “linen sofa, leave the window.”
3. Make the photo, then download it
Press Make this photo. A living room usually finishes in about 15 seconds. The preview is free. A download uses a credit, from $2.99. Pack credits stay on the account.
The file can carry a virtually staged note. Check your board’s photo rules before you publish. The MLS photo rules page is the reminder, not an approval from a board.
If something looks wrong
- The room in the result should match the room you uploaded. If a window or a wall moved, do not list that file. Run it again, or email [email protected].
- Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of the purchase. See the refund page.
