Client Confidentiality & Privacy Framework
We recognize that real estate photography frequently captures private homeowner residences, expensive artwork, family heirlooms, children's bedrooms, and security hardware. We unconditionally promise: Roomgenix never uses your uploaded listing photos or rendered staging output to train, fine-tune, or contribute to public or commercial foundation AI models. Your images are processed in isolated GPU worker containers and purged according to our strict retention schedule.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account & Contact Information
When you register, purchase renders, or request customer support, we collect your name, email address, real estate brokerage or agency affiliation, and account password (stored via salted bcrypt cryptographic hashes).
1.2 Property Photography & Staging Assets
We process the digital photographs, floor plans, room measurements, and design preferences you upload ("Listing Assets"). These assets are utilized exclusively to execute your requested AI staging, item removal, or twilight conversion pipeline.
1.3 Billing & Payment Data
All credit card transactions are handled by Dodo Payments. Roomgenix never transmits, processes, or stores your raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and the credits that belong on the account.
1.4 Technical Telemetry & Cookies
We collect standard diagnostic logs including IP address, browser type, device operating system, referring URLs, and session performance telemetry to maintain service reliability and prevent fraudulent bulk scraping. When Google Analytics is turned on, Google also receives page views, the rough location derived from the IP address, and the device and browser. Listing photos are not sent to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not store the full IP address.
2. How We Protect Your Listing Photography
To provide maximum security for luxury brokerages and high-profile home sellers, we implement enterprise-grade technical safeguards:
- In-Transit Encryption: All uploads and API communications are secured via TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy.
- At-Rest Encryption: All stored files are encrypted using military-grade AES-256 with automatically rotated encryption keys.
- Ephemeral GPU Memory: Inpainting rendering models execute inside isolated micro-containers. Raw tensor weights in GPU memory are immediately wiped upon job completion.
- Access Control: Internal engineering staff have zero access to customer photo buckets without explicit audit-logged elevation and customer ticket authorization.
3. Data Retention & Automatic Purge Schedule
We believe in data minimization. Your property photography is not held indefinitely:

4. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA & GDPR
Regardless of your geographic location, Roomgenix extends full privacy rights to all real estate professionals and home sellers:
- Right to Know: You may request a complete export of all personal data and image logs associated with your account.
- Right to Delete: You can request immediate erasure of your account, billing history, and all stored property images.
- Zero Sale of Data: We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal information or listing photography to data brokers, ad networks, or marketing aggregators.
- Non-Discrimination: Exercising your privacy rights will never alter the price, speed, or quality of your staging services.
5. Third-Party Subprocessors
We partner exclusively with SOC 2 Type II certified cloud and infrastructure vendors:
- Dodo Payments: Card checkout and payment receipts.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) (USA): Secure cloud file storage (S3) and isolated GPU computing clusters.
- Cloudflare Inc. (USA): Global content delivery network (CDN), DDoS mitigation, and SSL termination.
- Google LLC (USA): Google Analytics, for page-visit measurement. Listing photos are not included.
